Zinnovate International is pleased to announce the appointment of Roland Vlemmix as Director of Global Sales. Based in the Netherlands, Roland brings a wealth of enterprise SaaS experience to the role and will be instrumental in driving Zinnovate’s global commercial growth strategy.

Roland joins with over a decade of senior sales leadership in the Supply Chain and Logistics technology sector, having held high-impact roles across EMEA, APAC, and North America. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered results with Fortune 500 shippers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers, closing complex, high-value deals at the enterprise level.

Known for combining strategic vision with a hands-on approach, Roland excels in C-suite engagement, GTM strategy, and building high-performing sales teams. He has a strong track record of growing sales pipelines, mentoring sales talent, and translating market needs into winning product and commercial strategies.

Roland is a CargoWise Certified Specialist and holds deep expertise in supply chain optimisation, cloud sales, and business strategy. Beyond the boardroom, he serves as a District Coordinator for the Dutch Cancer Foundation (KWF), reflecting the values-driven leadership he brings to everything he does.
