Jamilly brings more than ten years of deep experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and international trade. Her background spans complex CargoWise system implementations, operational process redesign, and warehouse integration – giving her a strong foundation to support Zinnovate clients across the full project lifecycle.

Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Jamilly is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between global expertise and local knowledge, ensuring our clients in the Americas receive the kind of hands-on, in-language support that makes a real difference.
